Roni-Sue] finally turned pro, opening Roni-Sue’s Chocolates at the historic Essex Street Market on NYC’s Lower East Side.  New York Magazine, Time Out New York and even the New York Times all agree that Roni-Sue’s Chocolates are something special—“a winner” raves Florence Fabricant in the Times Dining section! 

 Richard’s experience with Dominic’s of New York plays a big part too—especially when it came to designing the shop.  Knowing how to squeeze in all the necessary equipment into a small space works equally well for a Dominic’s of New York kiosk or a NYC-sized chocolate shop!
